We offer a 6 Courses Dinner Tasting Menu – featuring fresh and local ingredients. Many of the dishes can be made to meet specific dietary requirements and we pride ourselves in offering seasonal fish which changes every day. Every early morning, chef Ricky will go to the nearby local wet market to buy the ingredients – we want to make sure every guest can enjoy the freshest ingredients every day.

While entering the venue, guests will notice the writing on the wall saying “Fais ce que j’aime”, which Ricky interprets as “Do what I love.” – A reminder to do what chef Ricky enjoys during his culinary journey and surprise every guest with his creative cuisines. For chef Ricky, the spirit of French cuisine is to use local ingredients to create regional cuisines that connect with the surrounding neighborhood – Hong Kong as his own identity.
