We are an innovative French Asian fusion restaurant located in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong – guided by our experienced chef Ricky, who honed his skills in various Michelin 3- star restaurants including L’Effervescence in Tokyo, Frantzén in Stockholm & Le Petit Nice in Marseille. Now back in Hong Kong, Ricky brings his culinary excellence to the place where his journey once began.

At Le Vallon, our purpose of reimagining the Fine Dining experience drives us to create a casual and neighborhood vibe dining experience with delicious and delicate/good valued cuisines.

We offer a 6 Courses Dinner Tasting Menu – featuring fresh and local ingredients. Many of the dishes can be made to meet specific dietary requirements and we pride ourselves in offering seasonal fish which changes every day. Every early morning, chef Ricky will go to the nearby local wet market to buy the ingredients – we want to make sure every guest can enjoy the freshest ingredients every day.

Fais ce que j’aime — “Do what I like” in French

While entering the venue, guests will notice the writing on the wall saying “Fais ce que j’aime”, which Ricky interprets as “Do what I love.” – A reminder to do what chef Ricky enjoys during his culinary journey and surprise every guest with his creative cuisines. For chef Ricky, the spirit of French cuisine is to use local ingredients to create regional cuisines that connect with the surrounding neighborhood – Hong Kong as his own identity. C’est magnifique! Très bon cuisine française. Excellent food and service in this intimate French restaurant. At this time, the menu is limited to a set tasting menu. All the dishes were beautiful and woke up to. And the service was very good as well.

Always a supporter for local small business. Really enjoyed the food here (the cauliflower with squid and pomelo is always my fav :D) and service is great! Will definitely come back again to try out the new seasonal menu.

Excellent gourmet experience that provides refreshing perspective on local ingredients. The staffs are also really friendly and the restaurant has a nice ambience. The fish of the day, squid and duck are highlights of the meal, and everything well exceeded my expectations.

很用心的小店,年輕老闆,按資料說曾在東京,瑞典及法國的米芝蓮餐廳工作過。一個很實惠的價錢,就能品嘗到廚資用心做的6道菜Tasting Menu,美味,性價比十分高。但餐廳的wine list的selection不多,若能增多選擇更好。

A fair price for fine quality tasting menu. I had a pleasant experience at this cozy restaurant - tasty food and friendly staffs, good energy and good vibes. The portion is served with the right amount for the night. Will definitely come back for their next seasonal menu.

上環新開嘅法國餐廳,前排試咗佢個French GourMay menu,好有驚喜! 特別鍾意幾道菜:法國田雞腿,未食之前有啲驚,但原來口感似雞肉,味道鮮美!魷魚菜式都好好味,炙燒魷魚、椰菜花同柚子味道好夾!馬賽魚湯第一次飲,魚肉鮮嫩,魚湯香濃!法國乳鴿嘅肉質嫩滑,一啲都唔油膩~最後嘅甜品用咗時令嘅鳳梨,香甜可口!滿足嘅法國佳餚!
